Hi, you dont have to order 50, you can order any quantity that you would like, the only thing is the colors I would need a minimum of 10 per color per size. _angela

Hello Bec,
I will be honest with you, I've never made them myself, but I've been told the following: 28 mm for the split ring, and 10 mm for the jump ring

I'm sending you an order this afternoon!

I'm going to order the hardware from ArtBeads (because I don't want to order 100 until I've tried a few), and I'm not sure I'm ordering matching pieces. I ordered the split ring someone suggested above (KEYCH-01 - 27MM Nickel Plated Split Ring), but I do not see a Nickel Plated jump ring. I have put JR-S10 (Silver-Plated Open Jump Ring 10mm). Will these match? I want to order both pieces from the same place if anyone has a suggestion (and don't want to have to order 100 or 1000).

Thanks!!

I have bought both jump rings and split rings from eBay as well as firemountaingems.

Thanks Kathy! What "plating" did you buy, i.e., silver, nickel, etc.? There are too many choices lol!

I just got the silver because I didn't want to invest a lot until I knew how they would go over!

I'm going to try and make these into Christmas ornaments (maybe I can be a poster on the CHristmas forum- lol) Has anyone did these like this? Any suggestions on hanging? Or suggestion on a good size?

Also, I am just confused but isn't it only .02 cents difference per acrylic to order smaller quantities as opposed to 50 for the smallest ? It looked like it was around .20 cents on the 3 inch ones between the 50 and a custom amount. A few seemed to want to split an order and didn't know if I was missing something? I only wanted to order a few until I see how they go over.

a good size for ornaments would be 3" I and yes there is only pennies differance as i currently have them on sale... regrefully next month prices will have to go up by 15% because of the price of acrylic is going up... I will be posting this in the next week or so, just waiting to get the actual date of when the price goes up before I do this...

I ordered 2" blanks from Angela. I haven't used them, but they appear to be great. They are very light and covered with a protector. Angela was very quick to answer all emails. I would totally recommend buying from her. Thanks Angela!
